Thank you for your interest in California Caster and Hand Truck Company, Inc. for your business' needs. Setting up a new customer account is easy.

Step 1: Download and print a credit application. Download here.

Step 2: Complete, sign and fax the following to 415-552-0463.

• The credit application, with all fields completed and signed by a controller or an officer of the company.
• A bank and trade reference sheet can also be provided in addition to the signed credit application.
• The attached California Resale Certificate completed and signed.

We accept all major credit cards. Please note that our standard terms are net 30.
