Thermo-Plastic Rubber is a material that has the characteristics of both rubber and plastic. TPR has the elastic and performance properties of rubber (i.e. compression set and elongation) and the many processing advantages of injection molded plastic. TPR tread is mechanically bonded to a robust polyolefin wheel core to eliminate tread separation. TPR wheels deliver a shock absorbing cushioned ride, superior rolling and maneuvering ease. TPR tread will not mar floor surfaces and is highly resistant to oil, grease, water, chemical absorption, and steam cleaning. TPR is ideally suited for a wide variety of foodservice, healthcare and institutional applications.
